Here at Sparta, the staff does not believe in imposing our religious beliefs on anyone, evident by us being open Good Friday, a very special day to us; But at the same token, we are not ashamed of our beliefs nor will we hide the fact that today’s workout is based on the 14 stations of the Cross, the significance of the turkish get ups after rounds 3, 7, and 9 represent the 3 times Jesus fell..
