“CROSSFIT GOLF”

The objective of “CrossFit Golf” is to complete the WOD in the fewest possible number of sets. For example, if the WOD contains 10 Pull Ups and it takes you 5,3, and 2 reps complete the 10, then your score would be 3. This WOD is not for time so you may rest prn in between sets.
Perform the following 8 movements in the fewest possible number of sets. You may execute the WOD in any order you wish. Par for the course = 8.
30 Deadlift 185/105lb
50 Dips
30 Pull Ups
50 Push Ups
30 Overhead Squats 105/65lb
50 Knees to Elbows
30 Wall Balls 10lb
300 Single Unders

    Killer workout today. It’s always great to have the opportunity to work out with my wife (and even better to beat her ;).
    The new site is really nice and definitely more user-friendly. Excellent work on that like everything else you guys do..
    This was a tough week of WOD’s..glad it’s done, but looking forward to doing it again Monday.

    Great WOD yesterday! Love those workouts where we have to think while working out! Good stuff.

    Great Fight class too. Was glad to see Bill F in class today! Where is everyone else? We did a lot of kicking yesterday and all week, which I loved!

    Looking forward another great week! Thanks for the extra practice, Master Diaz. The time you dedicate to our progress and growth as students seems never ending and is so very appreciated.

    That was an awesome workout. If only real golf was like that maybe I would actually play…lol. It was nice pushing as hard physically possible to get those hole in ones. Thanks Jason for pushing me thru some of those. See everyone Monday.
